RealityMine launches e-commerce reports
RealLife Shopper includes data on consumers’ browsing and purchasing behaviour on retailers’ websites and apps.
The initial launch will focus on Amazon’s websites and applications, with other retailers to be added to the reporting in due course. Reports will include data on internal search, product page views, add to basket, purchase confirmations and basket contents, where available.
Chris Shaw, chief operating officer at RealityMine, said the feed “allows for total visibility of the key shopping actions that lead to purchase events within Amazon and additional retailers as we develop the product further”.
