UK – Market research technology company RealityMine has announced Billy Grant as its head of product and Anthony Shaw as head of customer success.
Grant (pictured) joined the company in 2018 having previously been custom research director at Hitwise. At RealityMine he has supported the company’s RealLife Shopper and RealLife Answers products.
Shaw has been with RealityMine for four years and has supported clients with a wide range of research projects, using the company’s passive metering technology. In his new role, he will be leading the company’s project operations.
Chris Shaw, chief operating officer for RealityMine, said: “Billy and Anthony bring to the table unique experience that will continue to help our growing client base exceed both their long term strategic and day-to-day research goals using our behavioural metering technology.”
