UK – Market research tech company RealityMine has promoted Sarah Davis to the newly created role of panellist experience programme manager.
Davis (pictured) will be responsible for designing and leading the company’s panel experience strategy, working with clients, project managers and the technology team with the aim of improving opt-in, activation and retention rates for research projects.
Davis joined RealityMine as project manager in 2015. Based in the company’s Manchester headquarters, she will report to Chris Shaw, chief operating officer.
Shaw said: “This position is key for us as we heighten our focus on enabling clients to achieve significant scale in deploying our behavioural metering technology. Sarah brings with her a wealth of knowledge designing and delivering customer experience journeys and using data driven approaches to drive improvement in panel economics, and is well-positioned to take on this new role.”
