Senior hires at Freemavens

Freemavens has appointed Jon Spencer as director within client services. Spencer joins the company from Kantar, where he was senior client lead, running strategic insight programmes for global clients.

Katie Hampton joins the business as a senior consultant, also within the client services team. Hampton was previously senior client lead at Dunnhumby.

Additionally, Freemavens announced that co-managing director Lucy Thompson (pictured) has returned from maternity leave.

Eleanor Lloyd Malcolm, co-managing director, Freemavens, said: “We’re thrilled to have Lucy back in the leadership team. We’re in a period of rapid growth and transformation; collaborative leadership will help us achieve our bold ambition.”

Of the two new client services hires, Lloyd Malcolm said: “Our commitment is to our client partnerships; equipping organisations and their people with the tools to forge forward in our ever-changing and unpredictable world with confidence.”

Freemavens also said it is investing more in data science and technology, and has updated its brand identity and website.
