Salience Insight buys US ops of CARMA International
“This is a marriage of equals,” said Salience’s CEO Giselle Bodie. “CARMA’s significant Washington profile, and experience of the US commercial, political and public affairs scene, complements perfectly our own international commercial capability and comprehensive product and service portfolio.”
The acquisition excludes CARMA International’s overseas franchise operations in the key markets of Asia Pacific, Europe, Canada, Japan, and its affiliates in Brazil and India. Franchisees are licenced to operate under the CARMA brand and to use its proprietary technology and methodology for media evaluation services.
