QuestionPro hires VP of sales for North America

US – Online survey, research services and customer and employee experience firm QuestionPro has named Marc Mandel as vice-president of North American sales and account management.

Mandel (pictured) was previously senior enterprise account executive at conversational artificial intelligence company Uniphore, and has also held senior roles at companies such as Concentrix, Convergys, Customerville, MaritzCX and Clarabridge.

In addition, Mandel was chosen in 2021 to serve on the North American Council of the Customer Experience Professionals Association.

QuestionPro was set up in 2006 and the online survey, customer experience (CX) and research services business has offices in offices in the US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Germany, Japan, the United Arab Emirates and India.

Ken Peterson, president at QuestionPro CX, said: “Marc has spent pretty much his whole career leading, advising and driving customer experience and engagement.

“His experience will be invaluable in helping not only our customers but also our team members understand and advocate for the importance of CX in moving a business forward.

“Having known him for a long time, I’m excited to finally have the chance to work with him directly.”
