QuestionPro acquires healthcare innovation business

Pundit Consultantz, founded in 2017, offers creative services, design, strategy and business consulting for clients in sectors including healthcare, medical manufacturing and retail.

Following the transaction, founder and chief executive Arti Bedi Pullins (pictured) will become president and chief healthcare officer at QuestionPro, responsible for revenue generation in the Americas region and leading the expansion of the company’s healthcare and life sciences business.

The company’s two other employees will also join the QuestionPro team and clients of Pundit Consultantz will now have access to QuestionPro’s research and insights technology platform.

The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

The deal follows QuestionPro’s acquisition of CareExperience in 2020, and the company has a large existing healthcare industry client base.

Prior to founding Pundit Consultantz, Pullins held senior leadership roles with SessionM, Glassdoor and CareerBuilder.com and she has led several companies in the healthcare and health technology space.
