FRANCE— Jérôme Sainte-Marie has merged his polling agency Isama into research agency CSA, becoming head of the firm’s political research department.
Sainte-Marie, who will also take a seat on the board, will jointly manage CSA’s opinion, image and strategy division alongside corporate research chief Delphine Martelli-Banegas.
He has 20 years’ experience in opinion research. After starting out in the government information service, Sainte-Marie went on to lead BVA Opinion for several years before setting up Isama.
