Phoenix MI hires SVP of client services

Brouwer (pictured) joins the company from Ipsos, where spent 14 years working in a variety of senior roles in strategic brand and communications research.

At Phoenix MI, Brouwer will be responsible for the growth of the company’s advertising, brand, customer experience and marketing consulting services. She will be based in the company’s New York office and work with the rest of the senior team in the US and overseas.
