The latest appointments and promotions in the global market research and consumer insight industry. This week: Ask Insight, Experian, ABA, Ipsos Health, ComScore, Consensus, Hill & Knowlton, Quality Online Research, Datalab, Kadence, Rentrak, Nunwood, McCallum Layton, Fast.MAP and GMI.

RICHARD NOON has been promoted to research director at Ask Insight in the UK, where he will led the expansion of the firm’s online offering.

Experian Marketing Services in the US has appointed BRAD TONYES to lead the sales teams across its Data Management Services group. His past experience includes leadership and strategic development roles within Infogroup and Donnelley Marketing.

ABA Market Research in the UK has appointed NAOMI FORD and MALCOLM PINKERTON as research managers. Ford was previously at Millward Brown while Pinkerton was last at Verdict.

In the US, Ipsos Health has grown its ranks with nine new appointments. Joining the firm are senior research managers PAULINE MINCH, AMY MOSES and SANDRA WEBER, and research associates ELISABETH HUGGINS, JESSICA STUART, POOJA DAGIL, RAVI MAKHIHA, QASIM JAWAID and ASFIA AZAM.

ComScore has hired SCOTT JOSLIN as senior director for advertising solutions in Europe. He joins the online audience measurement firm from AOL.

DAVID OWEN has been appointed managing consultant at US-based MR and opinion polling agency Consensus Research Group. He is currently CEO of investment banking firm Equivest and will play a key role in the design of public policy research studies.

WPP-owned communications agency Hill & Knowlton has promoted AMANDA GROTY to the newly created role of global strategy director.

MICHELLE POTTER has been appointed business development director at Quality Online Research in Australia. She joins from Kantar Worldpanel.

US data marketing analytics agency Datalab has hired JOHN MUNN as COO of its data solutions division. He takes up the role after a 12-year spell with Capital One.

Kadence International has appointed CARMEN TONG as fieldwork services director in Hong Kong. She joins from TNS Global where she developed and managed multinational research projects.

Rentrak has given CATHY HETZEL the responsibility of serving as corporate president, on top of her current duties as president of the firm’s advanced media and information division.

Nunwood has appointed MATT KLAUSMEIER as client consultant and CANDY LUI as insight manager at its New York office. The firm has also hired LENNART REIMER and SIMON HANNAN as client consultants in the UK.

ANDREW JONES has joined McCallum Layton in the UK as a trainee research executive.

US-based marketing insight firm Fast.MAP has hired ALFIE SEARS as marketing research executive.

Research software and services firm GMI has promoted JON PULESTON to vice president of innovation, MITRA ASILZADEH to vice president of international service operations and BETSY YALCIN to vice president of human resources.
