The latest appointments and promotions from the industry, including news from Synovate, NeuroFocus, E-Tabs and more.

Synovate has appointed HAYLEY WILSON as associate director in its consumer goods research team in the UK. Wilson, who previously spent six years with TNS Custom, will manage a number of key projects focusing on segmentation research and product innovation. The firm’s business consulting arm has a new team in India, with the promotion of KARTHIK RAMAMURTHY to head the practice and the appointment of SUHEIL MURGAI, previously of SmartAnalyst, to manage the Delhi operation.

Neuromarketing firm NeuroFocus has made two appointments to its advisory board to support its expansion into Europe. HANS-JOCHEN HEINZE from the Leibniz Institute of Neurobiology in Magdeburg, Germany, and ANNA CHRISTINA NOBRE, director of the brain and cognition lab at Oxford University, have joined the team.

DJS Research has appointed KATE SAXTON, previously of Harris Interactive, as research manager. RACHEL GRANT has joined from Millward Brown as a senior research executive.

Research software firm E-Tabs has appointed SANDRA WRIGHT to head up client training in the US. Wright, who will be based at the firm’s Illinois office, was most recently with GMI, and has also worked at Synovate and Opinion Research Corporation.

ULRICH PABST has taken on the marketing for the Socratos data collection software tool at German online researcher Mo’Web. The tool was developed by Multiscope, Mo’Web’s partner in the Netherlands, and is now being launched to the German market.

US customer satisfaction and loyalty researcher TRGiSKY has appointed CINDY WHITEWAY as senior vice president of client services. She was previously in the same role at TNS. JON O’LOUGHLIN has also been appointed to head the firm’s new Singapore office.
