The latest appointments and promotions in the global market research industry

BERNARD CRAGG has joined Progressive Digital Media, owner of research agencies ID Factor and ICD Research, as a non-executive director. He currently sits on the boards of Mothercare, Workspace and Astro All Asia Networks.

US media and marketing research agency TRA has added TERESE HERBIG to its sales team and appointed BOB MEYERS and HANK CLOSE to its advisory board. Herbig was previously at Nielsen and IRI and Meyers and Close join from Playboy Enterprises and MTV Networks respectively.

ROY WOLLEN and RUDY NADILO have joined Hansa Marketing Services in the US. Wollen will head the customer engagement and advanced data analytics services team and Nadilo will serve as head of marketing communication services.

SARSHA ADRIAN has been appointed senior research consultant at US MR and public relations agency Graber Associates, which specialises in the financial sector. She joins from Collaborative Financial Concepts, a firm she founded in 2003.

Kantar Health has appointed SCOTT DAVIES as general manager for China and moved KELLY WONG to business leader for Shanghai and head of research for China. Davies joins the firm from J&D Associates and Wong was previously in charge of TNS Healthcare’s Shanghai business.

BRIAN HOLLIDAY has been appointed director of retailer relationships in the automotive business unit at US research agency NPD Group. He joins from Honeywell International, where he was general manager for the global filtration business.

US health and economic surveying firm Abt Associates has promoted KATHLEEN FLANAGAN to president and CEO. She previously led the company’s social, economic and health policy business.

LAURA BIALOWAS has been promoted to internet marketing analytics manager at Vergo Marketing in the US. She joined the agency in March.

Healthcare Research Worldwide in the UK has promoted NICOLA VYAS and GILLIAN NEWBOLD to research directors.
