People for Research launches new Bristol viewing facility
Formerly known as Bristol Focus, the facility is now located in the centre of Bristol.
“When we launched the first focus group viewing facility in the South West of England, it was all about using observation mirrors. Now – 25 years on – times have changed, and technology has changed the way research is conducted,” said Paul Gooding, managing director and founder.
“Ultra high definition cameras, and the shift towards more usability/UX-type research away from the traditional focus groups, means that facilities need to adapt to the change. I’m really pleased that we are the first and only facility in the South West to offer both bespoke UX and focus group viewing,”
