Peekator adds conversational AI to survey platform

UK – Market research company Peekator has added conversational artificial intelligence (AI) into its survey tools.

The AI will allow users to use AI to ask follow-up questions to respondents during surveys, with the number of follow-ups tailored to the answers provided.

Users can also ask the AI feature to avoid guiding respondents towards a specific outcome.

Conversational AI can be added as a question type within a standard Peekator survey, in addition to 19 other question types, or as a follow-up.

The number of conversational AI questions used will depend on the survey length and sample size.

Marin Mrša, founder and chief executive at Peekator, said: “We’re excited to bring the power of AI directly into our surveys, which will enable to get deeper answers and qual at the quant scale.

“This is just the beginning of all the new AI features we’ll be introducing by the end of the year.”
