Outra hires chief data officer
Jackson was previously chief data and analytics officer at Exasol and was also group director of data science at Legal & General and chief data officer at Legal & General Investment Management.
Before joining Legal & General, Jackson was chief data officer at Southern Water and head of data at the Pensions Regulator.
Jackson is also director at strategic data consultancy Carruthers and Jackson.
At Outra, Jackson will focus on household and consumer data and use it to provide behavioural insights for real estate, utilities, insurance, financial services and retail firms.
Outra uses household data to create strong customer connections, and consists of three business units focused on data and targeting, media and data science respectively.
