Outra expands senior team

UK – Data, analytics and performance product company Outra has made five senior appointments, including Ryan Shiels as chief product officer.

Shiels (pictured) was most recently director of product strategy at TwentyCI and as chief product officer will lead the development of new tools at the company based on the firm’s proprietary data sets.

Simon Dawson has been named chief revenue officer – real estate, being responsible for assisting clients with using the business’ data sets. Dawson previously led Rightmove’s data service division.

Graham Field has become chief revenue officer – retail/media, focusing on using data in media activation, having held senior positions at Shopify, MediaCom and as a strategic consultant.

David Whiteley has been hired as client success lead, most recently serving as head of product and analytics, SEA at MiQ.

Oli Bello has been appointed as head of growth, and previously launched a music fan data platform in the US. At Outra, Bello will bring together marketing, sales, product and technology functions to support overall growth strategy.

Giles  Mackay, founder at Outra, said: “As the industry moves away from legacy identifiers, we’re investing in top-tier talent to help businesses unlock commercial advantage through predictive modelling and real-time consumer insight.

“This team brings the ambition, experience and strategic thinking we need to take Outra into its next phase of growth.”
