UK— The Association of British Insurers (ABI) has awarded ORC International the contract to carry out its Customer Impact Survey for the third consecutive year.
ORC will carry out around 20,000 telephone interviews with customers of more than 30 life, pension and investment providers before reporting on each firm.
The ABI’s director of life and savings, Maggie Craig, said: “The annual survey is a key component of the Customer Impact Scheme. It gives a picture of customer experiences and perceptions of the industry’s products and services.
“This helps us prioritise the areas that need the most attention under the scheme and provides industry benchmarks against which firms can measure their individual results over time.”
Pete Johnson, a director of ORC’s financial services division, said: “We are proud to be involved with the Customer Impact Survey and excited about contributing to the future development of the programme.”
