US — Marketing services group MDC Partners has hired David Norton to lead analytics and consumer insights efforts across its network.
Within his 25 years of brand marketing experience, Norton spent 13 years at Harrah’s & Caesars Entertainment where he was chief marketing officer and will be responsible for optimising MDC’s advanced analytics resources as well as building and integrating the complementary capabilities necessary to deliver omni-channel action and brand experiences on behalf of clients.
MDC Partners president and CEO Miles Nadal said that analytics was one of the most important tools major marketers had at their disposal.
He added: “As partners to our clients, we have long been dedicated to driving the most effective, strategic and progressive approach to insights and analytics, and we enlist the very best talent to collaborate with marketers at a senior level.”
