UK – Design research agency The Big Picture has promoted Chris Aukett and Laura Pereira to the newly created roles of joint managing directors, while John Cassidy steps back from day-to-day operations to become chairman of the business.
Aukett (pictured, left) joined The Big Picture In 2009 and has been business development director for the past three years. Pereira (pictured, right) has worked for the company since 2019 and previously headed up quant research.
Previous managing director Cassidy founded The Big Picture in 1994 and will continue to provide guidance, advice and strategic thinking for the agency.
Cassidy said: "As chairman, I’m looking forward to even more ‘big picture’ strategic thinking and overseeing our next evolution as we diversify into new sectors to meet client demand. Having worked with Chris for 13 years and Laura for almost four, I am confident we have two amazing leaders at the helm to navigate the business successfully into the next phase."
