New Possible develops planning tool for organisations

UK – Employee insight business New Possible has launched a tool for HR and people leaders to use to understand insight gathered from their survey feedback.

The development draws on data science, psychology and social anthropology, with planning informed by the company’s five years in business.

New Possible, based in Stockport, operates a people insight platform, delivering insight to customers globally.

The tool combines quantitative and qualitative survey analysis, generates actions, highlights opportunities to improve outcomes for specific employee groups and allows organisations to track progress.

Nate Harwood, founder of New Possible, said: “Action Planning combines statistical and qualitative analysis with an organisation’s own context. Rather than producing generic suggestions, it helps teams understand what’s driving their results, decide where to focus their efforts, and turn insights into actions that can drive meaningful change.”
