New Possible adds ‘focus groups’ tool
Through the ‘Focus Groups’ tool, users of the platform will be able to capture feedback from up to 500 participants and ask follow-up questions.
Founded in 2021, New Possible’s employee insight platform is used by organisations to conduct research and better understand their employees across themes including satisfaction, wellbeing and fatigue.
The company also uses AI-based cluster analysis to group qualitative feedback into key themes and validate it.
Results are segmentable by demographics and aligned with anonymity thresholds, according to New Possible.
Nate Harwood, founder of New Possible (pictured), said the development would “democratise” focus groups.
