New executive hires at Savanta

UK – Research agency Savanta has bolstered its leadership team, bringing in former PSB Insights CEO Dave Gordon as chief commercial officer.

Based in Boston, Gordon (pictured) will lead the global commercial team, responsible for driving sustainable growth and strengthening client partnerships.

During his 25 years in market research, Gordon has held various roles at agencies including Lightspeed (now Kantar) and Phoenix (now MarketCast). He led PSB Insights between 2021 and 2025.

In London, the company has appointed Anna Hamlin as global vice-president of human resources. Hamlin has led HR functions in global organisations including Time Out Group and TripAdvisor. She was most recently at hospitality group Mercato Metropolitano.

Jane Price also joined Savanta’s Boston office as chief marketing officer at the end of 2025.

All three report to Savanta chief executive Christine Petersen.

Petersen joined Savanta last summer, taking over from Vin DeRobertis, who held the role of global chief executive on an interim basis after Roger Perowne left the business in 2024.

The appointments come as Savanta looks to position itself as ‘an AI, technology and innovation-driven brand’, according to Petersen. She said: “Their three distinct remits are equally as important in turbocharging our global growth, aligning our data, research and advisory capabilities with our clients’ evolving revenue goals, and ensuring that we continue to make Savanta a collaborative organisation where our team thrives.”
