UK — Face, part of Cello Signal Group, has announced a number of senior changes across its regional offices.
CEO and founding partner of Face and Pulsar — Face’s social media monitoring and engagement platform — Andrew Needham is to step back from the day-to-day running of the business in order to become chairman, ahead of a planned exit later in the year.
Job Muscroft (pictured), currently COO and founding partner, is promoted to CEO. Other changes are a promotion for Matt Arnold, from head of UK qual to head of research for Face UK and Asia; Cathy Parker-Sauer is promoted from production manager to global operations director of Face; James Cuthbertson is promoted from sales manager to global sales director for Face and Pulsar; Andrew Ho, current managing director of Face Asia will become managing director of Face New York and Philip McNaughton returns to the role of senior consultant.
“We have had a fast and incredibly successful start to our global expansion, proving yet again that socially intelligent research is highly valued and in great demand,” said Needham. “I am now delighted to be handing over to a new generation of brilliant managers to continue Face and Pulsar’s growth and leadership of strategic insight as a service internationally.”
