UK — Mindshare Technologies has appointed former Empathica regional MD Gary Topiol as managing director, international.
Topiol (pictured) takes up the new role several months after Empathica was acquired by Mindshare. Earlier in his career he was chief operating officer for GfK NOP’s mystery shopper division.
The Voice of the Customer (VoC) technologies firm has also announced the opening of a global centre of excellence in Birmingham, that aims to support brands in delivering multi-market VoC programmes. Empathica’s former international development director, Nan Russell, will lead the centre.
