UK — Philip Dickinson has been named as group head of Millward Brown’s Food and Household client management team in the UK.
Dickinson (pictured) spent nearly seven years as managing director of Kraft Foods/ Mondelez International, East Adriatic Markets. Before that, he led marketing and strategy for a number of Kraft Foods brands in CEEMA.
He will be based in Warwick.
