Merger between Discuss and Voxco

The newly combined company will see Daniel Graff-Radford (pictured), former chief executive at Voxco, serve as chief executive at Discuss. Simon Glass, former chief executive at Discuss, will become an adviser to the business.
Following the merger, Discuss will work across 16 countries, employing more than 200 staff and serving 900 clients worldwide.
Voxco ran survey and data-collection programmes for agencies, governments and global brands, while Discuss use AI agents to collect, analyse and share feedback from audiences.
Graff-Radford said that “researchers have been forced to choose between legacy giants that move like glaciers and new AI point solutions that have yet to scale globally”, and said that seeing Discuss’ work “made me certain this was the right foundation to pair with Voxco for what comes next”.
Glass added: “We set out to prove that technology could deepen human understanding, not replace it.
“Now, together with Voxco, that conviction becomes the foundation for an entirely new kind of company that protects the human context and delivers speed where it helps.”
