UK – Global intelligence and professional services firm MARU Group has hired Steve Ducat as its chief financial officer.
Ducat joins from advertising agency Publicis Worldwide, where he was CFO UK & Nordics. He has also held senior financial positions at market research agencies TNS and Research International.
He will sit on the MARU Group board along with CEO Ged Parton and CTO Shane Wright.
MARU has been acquiring companies – it bought eDigitalResearch and the research division of Vision Critical in February.
