Lynsey Showman joins Adience
As head of growth, Showman will be responsible for identifying and partnering with new clients, working with teams in the US and UK.
Showman has two decades of strategic insight experience, including 12 years at Basis. Prior to Basis, she worked at 2CV and Research International (now Kantar).
Adience, headquartered in New York with an office in London, works with clients globally. Founded in 2020, the company launched in the UK in 2022.
In addition to appointing Showman, the company has promoted James Keeling to senior vice-president and Sally Watts to vice-president. Adience said Keeling and Watts, both based in London, have played ‘instrumental roles’ in shaping its client offering and culture.
Chris Wells, managing director, Adience, said: “Our growth over the past year has been driven by a sharp focus on solving complex challenges for B2B brands, and it’s been matched by growing demand for our insights expertise across sectors and markets.
“These appointments position us to scale sustainably, while ensuring we stay close to what matters – delivering real value to our clients. I’m proud to welcome Lynsey and to recognise James and Sally’s outstanding contributions as we move into our next chapter.”
