B2B market research consultancy Adience launches
Based in New York City, the company will work with B2B brands and offer a consultative approach to market research.
In addition to B2B research services, Adience will offer training and advice to clients who want to undertake research themselves but need guidance.
Wells (pictured) was previously on the management team at Circle Research, which was acquired by MIG Global (now Savanta). Most recently, he was vice-president at Savanta in New York.
Wells said: “We believe that the research industry is going to be significantly disrupted by the rise of DIY tools and online marketplaces, among other things. The next generation of research agencies has to completely rethink its model for working with clients.”
