US— Richard Lawrence has joined Mindshare North America in the new role of leader of business science and marketing analytics.
Lawrence was most recently a partner at IBM Global Business Services in New York, where he focused on business analytics and optimisation. He has also worked at Analytics Partners, Accenture and Information Resources (IRI).
In his new job he will work on analytics-based initiatives for key clients, and develop the agency’s strategic services.
CEO Phil Cowdell said Lawrence’s “broad expertise in research, interpreting data, and client consulting will help us better identify and understand our clients’ business needs and strategies and improve the way we frame our media and marketing communications solutions around these needs”.
Mindshare is part of WPP-owned GroupM.
