Kynetec buys Market Probe custom research

UK – Agricultural and animal health market research business Kynetec has acquired Market Probe Agriculture & Animal Health and Market Probe Europe for an undisclosed amount.

The deal will see about 40 market research professionals from Market Probe join Kynetec’s global team of 600.

The Market Probe team specialises in qual and quant market research for local, regional and global businesses, covering more than 50 countries.

It also means Kynetec now has operations in Belgium, increasing its global presence to 22 countries.

Market Probe’s core custom research business covers agriculture and animal health industries, but Market Probe Europe also provides market research to other B2B and consumer sectors, including construction, energy, finance & insurance and healthcare.

Kynetec CEO, Stephen Hearn, said: "The Market Probe team has an excellent reputation in executing long-term tracking projects.
