AUSTRALIA – Agricultural and animal health care market research firm, Kynetec, has bought Australian data and business intelligence agribusiness Neil Clark & Associates, for an undisclosed amount.
The purchase will strengthen Kynetec’s data handling capabilities, as well as adding eight experienced professionals to its global team of around 400 market researchers, marketing scientists and data scientists.
Kynetec will maintain the former Neil Clark & Associates premises located in Bendigo, Victoria.
Stephen Hearn (pictured), Kynetec CEO, said: "By combining existing Neil Clark and Kynetec data sets we can enhance our portfolio and develop new services, offering even deeper insights to our clients across Australia, New Zealand and the APAC region.”
James Finlay, former managing director at Neil Clark & Associates, will continue in a senior leadership role as part of Kynetec’s newest office in Australia.
He said: “Joining resources with Kynetec allows us to expand the scope of our data sets. Our clients have relied on us for data and insights that deliver a competitive edge, and as Kynetec we will continue to provide the best possible service.”
