Kadence opens New York office

Lee Abbas (pictured) has been appointed as managing director, in charge of building the NY office from scratch and developing it into a strategic office for the Kadence group. She has more than 18 years’ marketing experience and was most recently at Havas and Y&R before joining Kadence.

Kadence has been operating in the US since 1995, with its insight division in Boston and data solutions in Westborough, Massachusetts.

The agency has adopted an expansion strategy with a new office opened in the Philippines in April. It now has a presence in eight countries across North America, Europe and Asia.

Masaaki Nomiya, vice-president of global research said: “New York is the centre of business in the United States. We are confident that this new office will provide a real opportunity to lead the marketing research industry, not only in the United States but also globally.”
