UK – Data and insight agency Kadence International has appointed Harriet Jowett as insights director and head of people and culture in the UK.
Jowett (pictured) joins Kadence from the Football Association (FA), where she spent four years, initially as behavioural insights lead and then as acting head of behavioural insights and analytics.
Prior to the FA, she held various roles at Sparkler and FreshMinds.
At Kadence, Jowett will lead efforts to support client initiatives and promote the value proposition and service offer.
She will also promote the company’s values internally, focusing on strengthening its culture.
Darren Lewis, managing director at Kadence’s UK office, said: "Harriet has the perfect blend of agency and client-side expertise to deliver key strategic outcomes for our clients and Kadence as we embark on the next stage of our company journey."
