Kadence International names US promotions
Kadence International said that Kyle McGill (pictured right) would move from senior portfolio executive to associate director, while Matthew Bailey-Jones (pictured left) will become senior project manager, having previously been project and community admin.
The company has US offices in New York and Silicon Valley.
Ellie Tehrani, chief executive officer at Kadence Americas, said: “Kyle’s promotion to associate director reflects the meaningful impact he’s had on clients and internal teams.
“He consistently delivers, improves operations, and brings sharp thinking and reliability to everything he does. His contributions have made a real difference, helping to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and thoughtful execution.”
Discussing Bailey-Jones, Tehrani added: “Matt brings a rare blend of empathy, precision, and true partnership to every project he leads.
“His promotion to senior project manager reflects the deep trust he’s built with both clients and colleagues. He raises the bar on the work we deliver and the way we show up as a team. His influence can be felt not just in outcomes, but in the culture and energy he helps create around him.”
