UK – Market research agency Kadence International has hired former Morar HPI partner Phillip Coote as its first new business director to support the company’s growth plans.
Coote (pictured, left) spent six years at Morar HPI (now Savanta) and was most recently senior client director at MetrixLab. His background also includes roles at Research International and Datamonitor.
Kadence has also appointed Patrick Conlon as a motion graphics designer. Conlon previously worked at Australian agencies Sound Images and Cartelux.
Both will be based in the company’s London office.
Greg Clayton, managing director at Kadence UK, said: "Building on our recent successes, we’re delighted to bring Phillip into the team to help us deliver our next phase of growth. His track record in quality insight organisations and proven ability to nurture long-term client relationships make him a perfect fit.
"We’re equally delighted to welcome Patrick who will be integral to the ongoing evolution of our ‘Insight Worth Sharing’ services. A talented videographer and motion graphics guru, Patrick’s arrival is another exciting milestone."
The hires follow the appointments of Decidedly’s Emma Muckersie to lead global marketing and Kim Adjei as insight manager earlier in 2019.
