UK— JRA Research has acquired the panel of chefs and catering managers that was set up last year by Premier Foods Foodservice.
EasyInsites, who worked with Premier on builing and launching the panel in March last year, will continue to manage the panel under the new ownership arrangement.
Terry Wagstaff, UK research director at JRA, said: “The Chefs panel complements the broad range of existing services and methods which JRA Research already uses on behalf of numerous food and drink clients in the food service sector. The availability of this online panel enables the provision of both faster turnaround and more cost-effective studies.”
Since launching last year the panel has been used for testing new products, evaluating early stage NPD concepts and pricing studies. It has 1,200 members.
