Ipsos qual researcher joins Disrupt Insight

UK – Research agency Disrupt Insight has appointed Steve Johnson as qualitative research director.

Johnson (pictured) was previously head of qualitative capabilities in the media development team at Ipsos, and has a particular focus on media, technology and children’s research.

The appointment comes as Disrupt Insight is expanding its qualitative research work, as well as adding to its AI, analytics, behavioural science and quantitative research capabilities.

Chris Bland, managing director and co-founder at Disrupt Insight, said: “Steve is a very senior qualitative researcher and we’re absolutely delighted to have him joining us.

“He brings a huge amount of experience, particularly across media, technology and younger audiences, but just as importantly he has the curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding people that sits right at the heart of how we work at Disrupt.”
