Disrupt Insight launches conversational AI interface

UK – Research agency Disrupt Insight has introduced a conversational AI platform that will allow clients to interrogate research directly.

The system, which Disrupt is calling Smart Agentic Research Search Engine (or Smart A.R.S.E for short), brings together all stages of a research programme, including qualitative interviews, respondent level quantitative data, presentations and reports – into one interactive interface.

Users of the platform can explore their research findings and insights using natural language questions. Responses are based on the original research data and include source citations.

It also incorporates the company’s analysis heuristic, embedding behavioural science frameworks into interactions and offering clients strategic context and recommendations developed by the research team.

Antonio Margaritelli, director, Disrupt Insight, said the platform “gives research a second life”.

Margaritelli added: “Instead of flicking through slides or trying to remember who said what, you simply ask the question. It lets clients keep exploring, challenging and building on the work long after the debrief has finished.”
