InsightsNow launches AI agent for product innovation

The ‘Claira’ tool ingests research files, including internal and external data, creating a base of behavioural knowledge to inform recommendations.
The agent can then input on behavioural intelligence across the product innovation process, from concepts to execution.
InsightsNow has launched the tool to reduce the time involved in informing product decisions.
