InsightsNow and Compusense partner on behavioural tool

The tool, called BehaviorLens and created by InsightsNow, adds two behavioural methods to Compusense’s platform: the Implicit Test and the Emotions Test.
BehaviorLens seeks to capture consumers’ instinctive responses to stimuli alongside traditional sensory and consumer measures to understand consumer behaviour and how people respond to product claims.
Jacqueline Dysart, president at Compusense, said: “Great product decisions are built on multiple sources of evidence.
“Sensory and consumer research provides a powerful understanding of product experience, and BehaviorLens adds another layer of insight by capturing instinctive consumer responses that complement traditional measures.”
Dave Lundahl, chief executive at InsightsNow, said: “Compusense’s global reach and workflow depth make it the ideal platform to bring BehaviorLens to the sensory and consumer research community.”
