Innovation research agency opens in Berlin
The Berlin Institute for Innovation (Bifi), founded by Thomas Krüger and Oliver Skopec, will focus on product strategy, usability, social media and trends research.
Krüger, who wil be responsible for methodology, is head of the University of Bonn’s surveys and statistics department. Skopec (pictured) previously ran SchülerVZ, an online social network for school children. He also served as chief marketing officer for Swiss online shopping club FashionFriends.
Skopec said Bifi will seek to harness the innovation potential of consumers and use it to develop concrete recommendations for client.
The firm hopes to work directly with end clients and as a specialist supplier to business consultancies.
