UK— ICM has promoted five long-serving researchers to a newly created management board that will work alongside the main board of directors to develop and deliver on company strategy.
Amanda Clack, Chris Menzies, Duncan Fergusson, Michelle Hesse and Nick Eul-Barker join research director Martin Boon and recent hire Emily Hunt on the board.
ICM Group chairman Justin Sampson said the promotions recognise the “enormous contribution made by the individuals during their years with ICM Research”.
Since becoming chairman in August, Sampson has brought in a host of new faces to the agency’s upper ranks, including Andrew Wiseman, James Turner, Rupert Blackwell and Gareth Nicol.
Sampson said: “The creation of the management board is an important step for the business. Justifiably, it recognises the value that our research directors contribute in shaping what we do and how we do it.”
