Blackwell to boost qual profile at ICM Group

UK— ICM Group has hired Rupert Blackwell as a board director, with a remit to create a “broader awareness” of the firm’s qual offering.
Blackwell joins from Leapfrog Research, where he has spent the past 12 years specialising in consumer brand and communications research.
He becomes the first qual specialist appointed to the ICM board.
Justin Sampson, chairman of ICM Group, said, “Attracting a person of Rupert’s calibre to join the top team at ICM is tremendous news. Following other recent senior arrivals and the establishment of a new management board, ICM Group is emerging from a period of transition in great shape.”
