UK— Huddersfield Town Football Club has named Ask Insight as its official research partner.
Ask, which is based in Huddersfield, has designed a multi-stage research programme encompassing a customer satisfaction benchmarking programme with club employees, followed by a review of the club’s partner organisations in order to gauge satisfaction and identify further partnership opportunities.
The research will culminate in a supporter experience review undertaken through match day surveys and focus groups.
Sean Jarvis, the club’s commercial director, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Ask Insight to our ever-growing list of official club partners.
“Just like us they are very proud of their Yorkshire roots and the ethos of Ask Insight fits perfectly with our own, so we can’t wait to get our relationship off the ground.”
The Huddersfield FC win caps a strong start to the year for Ask, which has also won work from care service provider Optimo Care Group and North Warwickshire & Hinckley College.
