UK – Online market research company FlexMR has opened a US office, appointing Lindsay Smith to head up client development for North America.
Smith (pictured) joins from Critical Mix, where she held the role of director, business development. Prior experience includes client and agency side market research consultancy for firms including FocusVision and GutCheck.
Based in Charleston, South Carolina, the new office will allow FlexMR to accommodate growing demand for software and insight services from clients in the Americas.
According to the company, 40% of its revenue will be generated from international clients based overseas, up from 10% in 2016, with half of this international revenue sourced from North American clients.
FlexMR offers a cloud-based platform for insight communities and customer panels. Headquartered in Cumbria, with offices in London and Germany, the company opened a Spanish office earlier in 2017.
