FlexMR makes four promotions

UK – Market research business FlexMR has promoted four members of staff and created a helpdesk for clients.

The company has promoted Grayling Ferguson from senior project manager to helpdesk manager. She will manage the newly formed helpdesk, which will be open from 8am until 10pm, Monday to Friday.

The helpdesk has been launched to speed up response to client queries and support a growing base of clients abroad, the company said. It will be managed on a shift rotation basis.

Amy Eborall, most recently insight manager, has been promoted to head of research and insight, tasked with supporting the expansion of the research team.

Iulia Ghindeanu, formerly a senior research associate, and Mayra Munguia, formerly a project manager, have also been promoted to insight managers.

Paul Hudson, chief executive, FlexMR, said: “Creating a client helpdesk allows us to better support our clients as they use our platform to gather necessary research data, and will allow FlexMR to more easily expand its international client base due to the extended hours of operation. The promotions within the team recognise the hard work and dedication of our staff, which is enabling us to work with a greater number of clients across the globe.”
