US— Web analytics consultancy ROI Labs has hired Michael Hayward, former interactive marketing director of Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, as chief executive officer.
Hayward was most recently the principal at strategic marketing consultancy Marketing301 but before that spent more than 24 years with Four Seasons, during which time he led the development of the brand’s family of websites, as well as its search, social, email, customer data and analytics efforts.
“Companies today are looking for actionable customer insight, and demand measurable results across all channels – ROI Labs is uniquely positioned to answer this need,” said Hayward.
The company’s suite of services include web analytics consulting, landing page optimisation, conversion analysis and site usability testing.
