Esomar hires new operations chief

De Regt (pictured) will oversee Esomar’s core operational functions, leading the modernisation of internal systems and processes and working closely with director general Joaquim Bretcha.
De Regt’s remit also includes supporting membership growth and developing new revenue streams.
Based in Amsterdam, he will report to the Esomar board.
De Regt has held various operations, human resources and business strategy roles during his career, and was most recently interim head of operations & HR at ATNi (Access to Nutrition initiative).
Anne-Sophie Damelincourt, president of Esomar, said: “Patrick’s experience in organisational transformation and his ability to inspire teams through change make him a great leader to help Esomar position itself for the future.”
