UK — eDigitalResearch has appointed Helen Burt as customer experience operations manager to help promote, manage and develop the organisation’s customer experience management solution, eCustomerConnect.
Burt has worked at eDigitalResearch since 2010, helping to lead the business development team, prior to which she worked for TUI UK as ecommerce manager, as an account manager at Redweb, and as an account manager at Maritz.
EDigital commercial director Derek Eccleston said: “It’s really exciting to have Helen in this new role and to have a dedicated customer experience point of contact at eDigitalResearch. Helen is perfectly placed to help guide clients when developing their own programme, monitoring everything from multi-methodologies to effectively distributing results around the businesses and engaging with their staff”.
